Cancellation Policy

At Amanda Prince Health we are committed to helping as many women as possible through our  online menopause service and we hope you understand that in order to do this we must operate a cancellation policy. Consultation fees are paid at the time of booking and are non refundable.

We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too. If appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at short notice, or if you do not attend an appointment, this means we are unable to re-use that time to support other clients.

If you know that you are going to be unable to attend an appointment that you have booked we would appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible.  We will be pleased to cancel and reschedule any menopause  appointments without any penalty or administration fees, up to 48 hrs before your consultation.

In the event that you give us less than 48 hrs  notice of cancellation to reschedule, you will still be charged.

For Aesthetic clinic appointments, a non refundable booking fee is taken  to secure your appointment, this is deducted from the treatment price. In the event that you do not attend  or give less then 48 hrs cancellation notice. this fee is non refundable and non transferable.
